Safety and Health Policy

Hakuto Group Basic Health and Safety Philosophy

Under the motto of "broadly connecting the world with people and technology," the Hakuto Group's asset is each and every one of its employees, and under the philosophy that "the health and safety of our employees takes precedence over everything else," we aim to create a healthy and safe working environment through thorough health and safety management so that the company is a place where employees can achieve maximum self-realization and enrich themselves.

To ensure that this philosophy takes root and is widely instilled throughout the Group over the long term, we have established seven basic policies and designated August 3 as Hakuto Safety Day.

Basic Policy on Health and Safety

  1. 1We will comply with all health and safety-related laws and regulations, company rules, manuals, work procedures, and rules, including safety standards set by our customers.
  2. 2We will promote the creation of safe and comfortable workplaces with zero risk by conducting risk assessments based on the identification of risk factors in the workplace and the priority of countermeasures.
  3. 3To prevent health problems caused by overwork and mental health issues, we will strive to maintain and promote the health of our employees by enhancing our health management system based on the Health Declaration.
  4. 4We will promote mental and physical health through the creation of an open workplace that invigorates communication among employees.
  5. 5We will strive to raise awareness of health and safety through in-house education and public relations activities.
  6. 6We will aim to achieve zero traffic accidents by improving ethical conduct regarding traffic safety and promoting eco-driving.
  7. 7We will promote health and safety activities with the participation of all employees, with each committee setting activity goals based on our Basic Policy on Health and Safety.
