Hakuto Group Security Guidelines

Established August 26, 2019

We are cooperating with the international community in export controls to prevent weapons of mass destruction, arms, military-usable cargo, and technology from being transferred to countries or terrorist groups that threaten the security of the international community.
The following guidelines for the entire Hakuto Group have been established to reflect this purpose.

  1. 1We will comply with international rules and the laws and regulations of relevant countries.
  2. 2We will not trade in cargo or technology used for military purposes or for the proliferation, development, manufacture, etc. of weapons of mass destruction or conventional weapons, or for space exploration (military applications).
  3. 3We will not engage in transactions or the provision of any unauthorized goods or technology (including re-exports), whether direct or indirect exports.
