The Hakuto Group has been conducting periodic training sessions on power harassment prevention provided by outside attorneys, as well as ongoing awareness-raising activities on power harassment prevention through internal posters and other informational displays.
We have also set up an external contact point for employees to seek consultation regarding power harassment. We ensure that those who seek consultation as well as those who cooperate in confirming the facts of a reported matter are not subjected to unfair treatment.
If an employee is found to have engaged in power harassment, the company will take strict action, including disciplinary action, in accordance with the employment regulations.
