The Hakuto Group (hereinafter "We," "Us" and "Our") have established and will observe the Terms of Use laid out below in connection with operation of each of Our official accounts on social media services such as Facebook, X (formerly known as Twitter), YouTube and Instagram (hereinafter referred to as Our "Official Accounts").
Users are requested to use the Official Account after referring to the Terms of Use.

Terms of Use

User

"User" means a person who has viewed and used Our Official Account (or Accounts).
Users shall be deemed to have fully understood and agreed to the Terms of Use when they start to view or interact with any of Our Official Accounts.

Response to Users' posts and other matters

Via our Official Accounts, We may respond to any comment or direct message posted by a User. However, We are not obligated to respond.

Following, sharing and reposting

We do not follow back all Users who follow the Company's Official Account. We may follow a User at Our discretion irrespective of whether or not the User follows Our Official Accounts.
We may like, share or repost any post by another account and cancel or delete the like, share or repost as needed.

Deleting posts, blocking and other matters

When a User is reasonably considered to have posted any information or messages where any of the following apply, We may delete the User's post, block the User's account temporarily or permanently or take other necessary measures without any prior or ex post facto notice to the User.

  • It violates or may violate any law, regulation or the public order and morals.
  • It will or may result in criminal conduct.
  • It infringes upon copyrights, intellectual property rights or the like.
  • It infringes or may infringe upon human rights or privacy rights.
    (e.g., personal information, confidential information or proprietary information)
  • It is or may be defamatory or discriminatory against any specific individual or group or it is obscene.
  • It includes any rumor, information that helps spread a rumor or false information.
  • It causes or may cause problems, disadvantage or damage another user, a third party, Us, any of Our employees or others.
  • It disguises the User as any other User, third party or the like.
  • It content that is or may be illegal, malware, other types of malicious content or content falls in a description at left.
  • It is explicitly or effectively prohibited by the operator of the social media service.
  • It contradicts the objectives of the Terms of Use or does not suit the purposes for which We operate Our Official Account.
  • It is aimed at any profit-oriented activity that is not related to Our business.
  • It disrupts or may disrupt Our operation of Our Official Account or otherwise causes or may cause problems in the operation of Our Official Account.
  • Its content is otherwise inappropriate for posting on Our Official Account.

Intellectual property rights, etc.

The Intellectual property rights related to the photographs, illustrations, audio, video, articles and other content posted on Our Official Account shall belong to Us or the due owners of these rights. Copyright and other rights regarding the comments and other posts by Users shall belong to the specific User. However, by completing the act of posting, the Users are deemed to have agreed to granting Us a non-exclusive permanent right to use (including processing, reproduction, translation and other activities) their posted content free of charge and to waive their ability to exercise their copyright and other rights against Us. We may use the posted content for Our related business activities, marketing and other activities in the future.

Compensation for damages

When the conduct of any User damages Us, We may sue the User to recover the damages.
If a User's interactions with Our Official Accounts damage a third party, the User shall resolve the matter themselves and shall be liable for any damages or reasonable costs, including actual expenses and attorney's fees in the event that we take necessary actions.

Disclaimers

  1. 1We do not always guarantee the accuracy or integrity of the information on Our Official Accounts. The information on Our Official Accounts shall be correct as of the time of posting. In some cases, the information may differ from the facts at the time the User views or interacts with it.
  2. 2We shall accept no liability for any conduct by Users interacting with Our Official Accounts. We shall accept no liability for any problems or conflict between Users or between any User and a third party in connection with any comments posted by the User or by Our Official Accounts, except when We are duly responsible for the matter according to relevant laws and regulations.
  3. 3We shall accept no liability for any damages arising out of any User's use of our Official Account or their failure to use Our Official Account.
  4. 4We shall not guarantee or attest to the accuracy, completeness, timeliness or other qualities of the information offered by Users through their posts or other actions. No content posted by Users reflects Our opinions or ideas or those of any of Our employees or any related parties.

Amendments to the Terms of Use

We may amend the Terms of Use as needed without prior notice to the Users. If the Terms of Use are amended, We shall swiftly publish the Terms of Use after their amendment and from this publication onwards, the Users shall be subject to the Terms of Use after their amendment.
